While yearning to share our passions for the travel industry, the health and safety of each one of you is extremely important to us. In these unpredictable times, our relationship with you our client, is paramount. At the same time, we are also deeply committed to supporting our vendors and partners overseas, many of whom are small business owners. Amid the uncertainty and change, we are working for the best possible outcomes for everyone.
In this regard, we are working with each of our travellers on a case-by-case basis to help you make well-informed decisions. There is no “one-size fits all” answer to travel questions these days and the industry has been updating its practices continually. We are offering flexibility with our deposits. Should you pay a deposit for a trip and need to move dates, your deposit is fully transferrable depending on the terms we share transparently from the word go. However, in some cases with lodges and camps, some fees may apply to a postponed or cancelled trip. It is a lot to keep up with; we are here to help guide you through what we know now.
